Purchase flow

1. Confirm product selection and cart contents

On the page where the product is listed, check the quantity you wish to purchase and click "Add to Cart". Depending on the product, there are variations in color, size, etc., so please be careful not to make a mistake.
The cart icon on the top right of the screen shows the quantity. To continue shopping and check the contents of your cart and checkout, please press the cart button. Check the product name, quantity, and price on the cart screen, and then proceed to checkout.

2. Enter customer information, delivery method, and payment method

If you are a member, please log in.
Even if you have not registered as a member, please enter your customer information and check "I agree to the membership terms and register as a member" to make your next purchase smoother.
Also, if you have a coupon code, enter it in the input field on the right side of the information input screen.

3. Enter customer information, delivery method, and payment method

Please enter the necessary information on the input screen for customer information, shipping method, and payment method, and if there is no problem, press the "Pay now" button to complete the payment.

When using Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, or Google Pay, the screen transition after the cart screen is different. Please follow the instructions on the screen for each payment method to make the payment.

Please pay when the product arrives.
Purchase tax less than 5,500 yen costs 330 yen separately. (Hokkaido and Okinawa are less than 11,000 yen including tax)

Free shipping for purchases over 11,000 yen including tax.
Less than 11,000 yen including tax is 1,320 yen.

Honshu

Free shipping for purchases over 5,500 yen including tax.
Less than 5,500 yen including tax is 660 yen.

Returns/Exchanges

If the product is defective, please return the defective product within 10 days from the date of delivery.
We will ship a replacement product.
In addition, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee for returns (limited to unopened and unused items) due to the customer's convenience. We do not accept returns if the product is damaged or soiled due to the customer's circumstances.

About overseas shipping

For international shipping, we limit the weight and quantity.
The weight of the order is from 2kg to 10kg.
Orders exceeding 10 kg will not be accepted in principle.
